Entry Requirements

  1. Which packs are valid to enter the promotion?
    1. The valid promotional packs are Utterly Butterly 500g.
  2. How many times can I enter the promotion?
    1. You can enter the competition as many times as you like throughout the promotion duration with different pack codes, although only one prize may be won per household. All entries require a pack code (a 14 digit code on Utterly Butterly 500g found on the side near the lid) you can use each pack code up to ten times for entry. However, bulk and third party entries are not allowed and will not be counted.
    2. NI and ROI entries without purchase are limited to one per household per prize draw.
  3. How old do I have to be to enter the promotion?
    1. You have to be 18 years or over to enter this promotion.
  4. I live in Northern Ireland / ROI, can I enter without purchase?
    1. Yes. To enter without purchase in Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland, email your name, address, telephone number to: Utterlybutterly@madabouthandling.com
    2. You can also enter by post by sending your name, address and telephone number to Utterly Loaded NI/ROI Entries, PO Box 151, Ludlow SY8 9BE.
    3. Northern Ireland and Republic of Ireland entries without purchase are limited to one per household per prize draw.
  5. I live in England / Scotland / Wales / CI / IOM. Can I enter without purchase?
    1. No, you have to purchase a promotional pack to be able to enter this promotion, based on changes to the UK Gambling Laws in 2007. Evidence of purchase is required by supplying the pack code, (found on the side near the lid).
  6. I live in England / Scotland / Wales / CI / IOM. I don’t have access to the internet. Can I still enter?
    1. You can enter by post. Please send entries on a plain piece of paper with your promotional pack code, your name, address and contact telephone number to:

      All entries must be received by the closing date to be eligible for the draw. The final closing date is on 29th November at 23:59. Proof of posting is not proof of receipt and the promoter accepts no responsibility for entries lost in the post.
  7. When do I have to enter by to win the prize?
    1. The daily draws open at 00:00 and close at 23:59 every day between 27th June and 22nd September. The final draw closes at 23.59 on 29th November 2011. Your entry must be received before the closing date in order to be counted for that draw.

Code Entry

  1. Where can I find my promotional code?
    1. The code is found on the side of the pack near the lid of your promotional pack. And will be a combination of letters and numbers.
  2. What does my code look like?
    1. Utterly Butterly 500gconsumers should look for an 14 digit code. It is a combination of letters and numbers and EXCLUDES the colon.
      It is in the form: 15 JULY 11 EH1 15:55 and looks like this on the side of the pack

  3. I have typed in the correct code but the website says it is not valid.
    1. Please try again and make sure you are typing in the correct format as above. In the entry form, ensure that you enter your details into every field of the entry form marked with an *
    2. If this still does not work please send us an email from the ‘contact us’ section of the website, including your pack code (a 14 digit code found on the side near the lid). Alternatively you can enter by post.
  4. Can I re-use my code?
    1. Each entry requires a pack code to be entered as proof of purchase. There is a 14 digit code for Utterly Butterly found on the side near the lid. Each pack code can be used up to 10 times per entrant.
  5. I can’t read the code clearly on my pack.
    1. The code is a mixture of letters and numbers and looks similar to:

    3. Please check the side of the pack near the lid and see if you can make out the numbers / letters. If you are still having problems please send us an email from the ‘contact us’ section of the website and we will enter on your behalf.
  6. I have bought more than 1 pack of promotional Utterly Buttery 500g with the same pack code.
    1. The pack codes are not unique numbers. Please do not worry, as long as you have 1 pack to verify each entry, you can enter both pack codes at the same time.

Prize

  1. What are the prizes?
    1. There are 352 x £20 cheques to be won in total (4 cheques to be given away in daily prize draws over 88 days) between 27th June and 22nd September. There are 3 x £1,000 cheques to be won on the final draw (which closes at 23:59 on 29th November).
    2. Winners of at £20 cheque will be sent their cheques through the post in the form of letter cheques (a letter cheque is a letter with a cheque attached to the bottom of it). The winners of the £1,000 cheque will be contacted by phone to ask how they would prefer their money to be paid to them, either through BACS payment straight into their bank account or sent as a cheque through the post.
  2. How do I claim my prize?
    1. Winners of the £20 cheques will be sent their cheque through the post to the address specified on the entry form. Please ensure these details are correct at the time specified on the entry form. Please ensure these details are correct at the time of entry. Cheques will be dispatched to winners within 28 days of the closing date. Winner’s names can be seen on the winner’s wall.
  3. When will the winners be notified they have won?
    1. Winners will be contacted within two weeks from the relevant draw date.
  4. Can I see who the winners are?
    1. The winners’ names and counties will be available after the closing date for 6 months by sending an SAE to: Utterly Butterly Competition Winner’s, 185 Park Street, London, SE1 9DY. Winners’ names will also be published on the Utterly Butterly website www.utterlybutterly.co.uk
  5. How much is the prize worth?
    1. Each prize is worth either £20 or £1,000.

  1. I was trying to enter the promotion and the website crashed – what do I do?
    1. Please re-launch your internet browser and try again.
  2. I can’t get the site to open – what do I do?
